FIELD: electric power supply, electric drives. SUBSTANCE: device has master and slave self-exciting oscillators, which have saturating transformers which have primary winding and feedback windings. In addition master self-exciting oscillator has synchronization winding which is connected in series-aiding to primary winding of slave oscillator. Transformer of slave oscillator has synchronization winding which is connected in series-opposing to circuit of primary winding of master oscillator. Both transformers have additional feedback windings which are connected in series aiding and opposing to circuit of feedback winding circuit for respectively slave and master oscillators. Transformation gain between primary and synchronization windings of slave oscillator is equal to transformation gain between corresponding windings of master oscillator. Ratio between number of turns of additional windings and feedback windings is equal to ratio of turns between synchronization and primary windings.
