FIELD: radio electronics. SUBSTANCE: invention is used in radio electronics while designing instrument cabinets with liquid cooling for positioning of radio electronics draw-out units. Cabinet has framework 1, intertier supports 3 on its front part, separable cases 10 installed in tiers one above other which are formed by shelves 11 and 12 and side walls 13 with built-in draw-out radio electron units 14, liquid heat exchangers 4 with conduits for cooling agent and bases for thermal contact. Heat exchangers are mounted on intertier supports 3 with arrangement of their bases for thermal contact in parallel to front side of framework 1. Cases 10 with units 14 are attached to heat exchangers 4 for contact with rear butts of shelves of case and bases for thermal contact of heat exchangers.
