FIELD: instrument manufacture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument manufacture and to cooling systems for radio electronic equipment. The technical result is achieved by the radio electronic equipment (REA) cabinet containing: a load-bearing body formed by an upper, middle, and lower heat exchangers located one under another, and hollow side walls enveloping the heat exchangers. Sections containing removable modules placed in sub-units, each of said modules being configured to be thermally linked with the heat exchangers located over and under the module; upper branch pipes with fans secured to the upper ends of the side walls. Two channels for the passage of air with a cellular structure are formed in the heat exchangers, wherein holes are made on the inner sides of the hollow side walls of the cabinet at the level of the air passage channels in the heat exchangers. All heat exchangers are made in the form of a plate made of an aluminium alloy with high heat conductivity; the hollow side walls are equipped with dividers dividing the air flow into channels corresponding to the channels in the heat exchangers. Rectangular holes are made at the base of the cabinet on the sides for the entry of air into the hollow walls of the cabinet, and lower branch pipes are attached in the lower part of the cabinet on the sides. The lower branch pipes, the base of the cabinet with the rectangular holes, the corresponding upper branch pipes with fans, the air channels formed by the hollow side walls with air flow dividers, and the corresponding air channels formed in the heat exchangers with the air flow dividers therein create two forced air cooling circuits in the cabinet, front one and back one, with opposite air flow directions in the front and back circuit channels.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of cooling heat exchangers and the cabinet as a whole.
