FIELD: radio electronics, design of instrument cabinets for separable subunits with increased heat release. SUBSTANCE: radio electronic equipment cabinet has frame 1 with partitions 6 dividing it into sections, circuit of liquid cooling including upper and lower heat exchangers 7 and 8 with conduits for cooling agent in each section, main lines for inlet 15, 16 and outlet 17,18 of cooling agent, separable subunits positioned in sections between heat exchangers. Frame with circuit of liquid cooling is made of two parts 2, 3 (immobile 2 and rotary 3) provided with circuits of liquid cooling and located one behind other. Parts have two pairs of loops 19, 20 and 21, 22 which include conduits for passage of cooling agent. Loops are hydraulically coupled to proper main lines. Inlet and outlet of cooling agent for circuit of liquid cooling of rotary part 3 of frame 1 is implemented through loops and elements of circuit of liquid cooling of immobile part 2 which enhances density of arrangement, efficiency of cooling and operational convenience.
