DEVICE FOR CHECKING AND CONTROL OF QUALITY OF ROTOTILLING Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has frame 1, carrier wheels 2, tiller drum 3 with hydraulic drive consisting of hydraulic pump 5, tank 4, hydraulic lines 6, 10, safety valve 7, hydraulic motor 9 and electrically controlled choke-regulator 8. It has also control unit and speed sensors 11, 12 of carrier wheel 2 and tiller drum 3, respectively. Device is furnished additionally with penetration depth sensor 13 and torque sensor 14 installed on shaft of tiller drum 3. Control unit is made in form of information processing and control unit 15 with universal eight- bit microprocessor 16 to input of which initial setting circuit 17 is connected and whose outputs are connected with system unibus 18 means of buffer 19 and control signal shaping circuit 20. Moreover, read-only storage unit 21 and on-line storage unit 25, decoder 22, programmable timer 23 and information input-output port 24 are connected to system unibus 18. Indicator 26, dynamic head 28 and keyboard 27 are connected with system unibus 18 through indication controller 29, sound signalling controller 31 and keyboard controller 30. Outputs of speed sensors 11, 12, penetration depth sensor 13 and torque sensor 14 on shaft of tiller drum 3 are connected to inputs of information input-output port 24. Its output is connected with corresponding input of electrically controlled choke-regulator 8. EFFECT: improved quality of soil cultivation and reliability of soil tillage. 1 dwg
