FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has illumination canal and instrumental canal of endoscope. The illumination canal has ocular and objective, optical input of the illumination canal is connected to visible light and ultraviolet radiation source outputs. Optical input of the device has inputs of the optical fiber of the first group which outputs are connected to selective spectrometric transducers inputs, respectively. Outputs of the selective spectrometric transducers are connected to information inputs of personal computer through multi-channel analog-to digital converter. Information outputs of the computer are the device outputs. The control outputs are connected to inputs of controlled light radiation sources which outputs are connected to the instrumental channel optical fiber inputs of the second group, respectively, which outputs are the optical outputs of the device. EFFECT: early stage diagnoses of oncological diseases. 3 dwg
