SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for complex diagnostics of hard tissue pathologies and soft tissue oncopathologies in an oral cavity at early stages. The device contains two groups of optical fibers, a source of radiation, a minispectrometer, an electronic computer and a minivideocamera interfaced with it through the interface, and also the pathology simulator and the norm simulator. The invention allows dilating functionality regarding single-step diagnostics of pathologies of hard and soft tissues of an oral cavity, to increase spectral resolving power in a wide range of wave length and to perform working capacity operative control.

EFFECT: device application in medical practice will allow to carry out mass express inspections of the population, to reveal soft tissue oncopathologies at survey of the dentist in due time, to reduce duration of treatment with economy of medicamental agents.
