FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is intended for diagnostics of early stages of oncological diseases. The device has instrument channel and endoscope illumination channel with eye-piece and lens. Illumination channel input is connected optically to sources of visible and ultraviolet radiations through switch. Optical fibers of the first group are connected optically to group of photoelectronic transducers via color-separating prism. The device also includes series-connected multichannel analog-to-digital converter, personal computer, light-effect controllable sources, and optical fibers of the second group. Outputs of the second-group optical fibers serve as optical outputs of device. The device ensures more accurate colors separation of initial signal and more complete use of input signal energy.
