SUBSTANCE: invention concerns surgical devices for applying of brackets (staplers) and can be used for applying of arched seams in the conditions of the limited space. The surgical stapler contains a case with a handle for deduction of the apparatus and a hook on which the matrix with the small cavities for a bend of brackets is established, a carriage with shop for brackets, a pusher for pushing out of brackets, a carriage drive (a choice of a backlash of an underrunning) and a pusher drive (underrunning drive), a locking lath-clamp. The carriage drive (choice of a backlash of an underrunning) and pusher drive (underrunning drive) are united in one drive - pusher drive. The pusher drive is executed a lever-type and established on the handle. The case hook, the carriage with shop and a pusher are executed by the arched. The version when the lever drive of a pusher is executed a kind of the rotation drive of with reverse established on the case of the apparatus and bridged to the extended part of the pusher and working in independent regimen is possible. The drive can be executed in the form of an electric motor or a pneumodrive, or the hydraulic drive. The extended part of the pusher is executed in the form of cap-screw pair. The screw of cap-screw pair is bridged to the rotating part of the drive (rotor). The button of including-deenergising of the drive and the button of a backspacing of the drive are located on the apparatus handle.

EFFECT: apparatus can be operated with an arm, having released other arm of the surgeon for other manipulations necessary in given operation which can impose an arched seam in which a locking lath the fixative automatically closes a persistent hook of the apparatus with its case including at sphenoidal resections that allows to reduce dimensions of a persistent hook, doing its suitable for the most delicate operations.
