FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has tubular casing 1 with at least one threaded screw groove 2 in the opening. At least one deformable sewing member 3 as metal cylindrical spring is placed in rotor 5. Pressing jaws 5 and 6 have incomplete screw-like guiding grooves 17 and contracting mechanism. Suturing mechanism having cylindrical screw spring is positioned in screw groove 2. When suturing, sewing member 3 passes with its screws along incomplete screw-like guiding grooves 17 of compressing jaws 5 and 6 giving no way for it to deflect aside providing in this way tightness and hemostatic properties of the suture. To achieve higher degree of tightness and hemostatic properties, coils of sewing screw mechanism 3 are to be deformed in a proper way.
