FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing 1 with handles 7 and 8, feeder bin 3 having clamp canal 26 and drive placed in the plane of handles motion. The drive has pusher 5 and main power transmission member 4 with guides 16 and two operating jaws 14 and 15 engageable with casing 1 so that operating jaws 14 and 15 are spring-loaded, have projections 19 and 20 mounted on axles 17 in guides 16 directed along the longitudinal axis of power transmission member 4 enclosed in casing 1. The first operating jaw 15 is mounted on the end of first guide 16 directed to clamp canal 26 made in power transmission member. The second operating jaw 14 is mounted on the end of second guide 16 directed outward from clamp canal 26. Casing 1 has rotation mechanism 11 with surfaces for projections 19 and 20 of operating jaws 14 and 15 and connected to handles 7 and 8 at an angle.
