FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: clip body 1 is provided with auxiliary drive for positioning of suturing operating part 3 made with thrust jaw 4 and having matrix 5 with hollows 6 for bending clips 7. Auxiliary drive has at least two ball hinges 15, 16 of similar or different diameters arranged at ends of clip body 1. Moving parts of hinges 15, 16 are coupled to each other by tie-rods 25, 35 positioned along suture appliance axis. Moving part of hinge 16 is provided with mechanism for fixing it in position. As a result, positioning of operating part 3 may be controlled directly with in operating space by means of drive located beyond this space.
