FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing with handle and tube having slot on its working end, obturator unit mountable in the tube with rod and olive at the end, illumination system, air-operated pump and electrosurgical system having bipolar electrode. The tube slot has triangular shape for catching polyp peduncle. The bipolar electrodes are arranged in Y-shaped structure near an apex on the external surface of the tube with insulation provided. Obturator has sectional olive every section of which has its own rod to enable longitudinal movement in guiding canals of pavilion of locking unit of the obturator unit and fixation with fastening screw being independent one of another. One of olive sections has projection corresponding to that of triangular tube slot. Its rod is mounted in the central guiding canal of the locking unit, The second one has a slot and its rod is set in guiding canal eccentric with respect to the device axis.
