To do it, the ileum is sutured to the cecum and ascending colon. Common walls are shaped as isosceles triangles. Ileocecum and ascending cecum heights correspond to a half of and whole width of the colon. EFFECT: complete restoration of valve function of large-to-small intestine passage. 5 dwg
