FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has reciprocating movement-type shock-absorbing damping unit having superior and inferior cup provided with a systems of blades and fastening members, elastic members, damper working medium, damper throttle and axle. Working medium is friable substance. Adjustable damper throttle is comb of adjustable height, mounted on one of device cups between the blades. The blades are movable relative to it, fixed on the other cup and made, among others, as combs having screws as teeth separated by space that is less than working medium dimensions. The elastic members are designed as spatially deformed wire. Axial hinge has two lugs with antifriction bushings one of which is rigidly attached to foot and the other one to crus. The lugs have members for fastening the shock-absorbing damping unit and axle connecting the lugs. EFFECT: wide range of functional applications. 2 cl, 2 dwg
