SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing the base as gel and biologically active components by culturing bifidobacteria on corn-lactose medium, inactivation of these bacteria and base mixing with the prepared biologically active components. Inactivation of bifidobacterium cultures is carried out in the culturing medium followed by the use of the obtained suspensions as biologically active components. Polyethylene oxide gel is used as gel-base at ratio with suspension of biologically active components = (1:2)-(40:1).
