FIELD: medicine, pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary intragastric administration of polymer aqueous solutions from the following order: copolymers of N-vinylpyrrolidone and N, N, N,N-triethylmethacryloylhydroxyammonium iodide of the general formula where: n = 83-93 mole%; m = 7-17 mole%; molecular mass = (23-120) x 103 Da; complexes of polymers of N-vinylpyrrolidone and N, N, N,N-triethylmethacyloylhydroxyammonium iodide with sodium dodecyl sulfate of the general formula where: n = 83-93 mole%; m = 7-17 mole%; molecular mass = (23-120) x 103 Da; mole ratio m : x = 1: (3,6-4.2); polymeric compositions containing highly dispersed metallic silver stabilized with poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone of molecular mass = (6-40) x 103 Da at ratio of components, mas. p. p.: poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone, 1; silver, 0.01-2.33, at doses 1.5-150 mg/kg and the following administration in 15-240 min medicinal agent at doses 10-20-fold less the fixing ones. Method ensures to decrease drugs consumption by 10-20 times. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of drugs, decreased consumption, toxicity and by-side effects. 1 cl
