FIELD: chemistry of biologically active high-molecular compounds. SUBSTANCE: the end product is synthesized by interaction of D-saccharolactone with polyelectrolyte in an aqueous phosphate buffer followed by reaction mixture holding out and product isolation. Reaction of polyelectrolyte with a mixture of 1,4- and 3,6-lactones of D-saccharic acid is carried out at their ratio in mixture, wt.-%: 30-80; 20-70, respectively, and the ratio (wt. -%) lactones:polyelectrolyte = (3-6):1.
