FIELD: technique of steel casting, namely gating systems for it. SUBSTANCE: system includes funnel, riser, runner gates and feeding gates. Casting is placed in casting mold in such a way that its high metal content parts are turned downwards. In upper mold-half over extended portions of casting outgates are arranged. Total cross section area of said outgates is equal to that of feeding gates. Such design eliminates use of feedheads. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
