SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for casting long thin-walled castings from alloys with low ductility characteristics. The method for manufacturing castings from intermetallic alloys by investment casting involves manufacturing an investment model block containing a casting bowl, wax or polymer models installed on a gating and feeding system, manufacturing a ceramic mould with a damping layer, removing models from the resulting ceramic mould, annealing it, repairing and preparation for casting. By casting, the intermetallic alloy is directed from the casting bowl to the central riser, then through the heads to the cavities that form the castings. At least one central feeder-head and at least one stress compensator with a cross-sectional area of 3-7 mm2 are used as heads and feeders of the gating and feeding system. The damping layer of the ceramic mould contains 73-77 % by weight of high-alkaline water-colloidal binder and 23-27 % by weight of silver graphite.

EFFECT: improved quality and yield of suitable castings by eliminating the formation of “hot” cracks and warping of castings.
