FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: device has a governor of cycles for generating periodical pulses made with the use of a comparator with two operation thresholds. A time delay capacitor is connected with one governor input. A source of reference voltage and load commutation switch are connected to the output of the governor. The second output of the capacitor is connected with the source of reference voltage. The voltage of the source is equal to one of the voltages of the operation thresholds of the comparator that corresponds to operation of the switch of load commutation.
