FIELD: railway transport; side supports of electric cars, diesel trains and passenger cars. SUBSTANCE: body-to-bogie side support has upper support plate secured on body and lower support plate installed in body secured on bogie frame. Lower support plate consists of two parts whose working surfaces differ in values of coefficient of friction. One of parts of support plate whose coefficient of friction is greater than that of the other part is installed in body on resilient member and projects above surface of other part of support plate whose coefficient of friction is smaller and which is rigidly coupled with base of body.
