FIELD: railway transport; locomotives. SUBSTANCE: device has turnable bellcranks secured on opposite ends of frames of two-axle bogies. Some arms of bellcranks are connected, in direction of centerline of vehicle by means of inclined tie-rods, with middle of intermediate frame. Other arms of these bellcranks are interconnected in direction square to device longitudinal axis by means of cross-tie-rods with flexible members. Each cross tie-rod consists of two parts installed for relative displacement within the limits of preset clearances along longitudinal axis of parts one end of which is connected with housing. Two sets of different rate flexible members are arranged in housing between parts of tie-rods. Flexible members of lower rate set are of rubber-and-metal design, and friction members in contact with housing are installed between housing and set of rubber-and-metal lower rate flexible members. Thrust washers are installed at each side of set lower rate flexible members. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and efficiency of operation owing to improved design of shock absorbers of cross tie-rods and fitted-in flexible members. 3 dwg
