FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: device contains floating reservoirs with ballast systems and upper decks forming building platform. Device is provided with holder made from longitudinal and transverse beams forming frame with separate cells where floating reservoirs are arranged for independent vertical motion. Beams of holder are provided with stops mounted in horizontal plane. These stops are used for fixing each floating reservoir. Beams of holder are provided with buoyancy boxes. Besides that, floating reservoirs are fitted with retainers in their upper portion for limiting the vertical motion of holder relative to these reservoirs located in respective cells of holder frame. It is provided with detachable bridges for motion of members of structure under construction; these bridges are installed between adjacent floating reservoirs. Each floating reservoir located in fore portion of device is provided with fairing. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 3 dwg
