FIELD: testing equipment. SUBSTANCE: simulator is intended for high-temperature testing, study of resistance of various pigments and varnish coats to action of light. It has reflector, light source, condenser, brightness equalizer, collimator, unit to set radiation mode, radiation sensor and filament lamp of small capacity. It is supplemented with N-I reflector, light sources, condensers, brightness equalizers and collimators. In this case each i-th (i=I...N) reflector, radiation source, condenser, capacitance equalizer and collimator are installed is series. Focus of each i-th condenser is matched with focus of corresponding i-th reflector. Reflectors are made in the form of part of ellipsoid of revolution and brightness, while equalizers, in the form of polygon, for instance, hexagonal prisms with spherical butts. Prisms of each i-th brightness equalizer are mounted in one case with i-th condenser and collimator in parallel of faces. Each i-th case is mounted for displacement in axial direction and is integrated in i-th module with i-th radiation source and reflector. Each i-th module is installed on common frame for movement in plane of common frame and turn relative to this plane. Filament lamp of small capacity is mounted on common frame for registration in focus of each i-th reflector. Focal planes of collimators are matched and radiation sensor is located in matched focal plane and is connected to unit to set radiation mode.
