FIELD: production of building materials, particularly, for production of modified additives for concrete mixture. SUBSTANCE: additive comprises, mass %: mixture of sodium and triethanolamine salts of sulfurized product of condensation of waste of production of phenol on the base of cumylphenol and dimethylstyrene, 31-84.5; mixture of sodium and triethanolamine salts of sulfurized product of condensation of heavy resin of pyrolysis, 5-31; mixture of sodium and triethanolamine sulfates, 5-15.5; mixture of polyoxypropylene ether of n-butyl alcohol and polymethylsiloxane liquid, 0.5-2.5; technical lignosulfonates, 5-20. Usage of additive enables to decrease expense of cement by 10-20 % without decreasing strength characteristics of concrete. EFFECT: improved quality. 2 tbl
