FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: components were synthesized by reaction of tetravalent titanium halide or halide alcoholate and electron-donating compound with solid substance containing the porous metal oxide. The latter has hydroxyl groups on surface where magnesium dihalide or magnesium compound no containing bonds Mg-C and can convert to dihalid were located. Magnesium amount in the form of oxide before reaction with titanium compound and as a part of catalyst component after reaction with titanium compound is 5-12 wt.-% with respect to component mass of catalyst.
