FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves the successive mixing calcium hydroxide, white portland cement, powdery elemental sulfur and zinc sulfate in water heated to 90-100 C. These components were taken at the following ratio, wt.-%: calcium hydroxide 30.4; white portland cement 3.4-54.3; powdery elemental sulfur 14.8-19.0, and zinc sulfate 30.9-47.2. Properties: covering power with the proposed pigment for cement dye, polymercement dye, polyvinyl acetate dye and oily dye - 184; 140; 87 and 78 g/m2, respectively. Hardiness - 43; 69; 48 and 90 cycles, respectively. Adhesion to cellular concrete: 1.0; 1.5; 1.0 and 2.4 MPa, respectively, for the proposed dyes. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, enhanced quality and property. 1 tbl
