SUBSTANCE: method comprises stirring powdery components, namely organic binder which includes vinyl acetate-ethylene or butylacrylate copolymers, synthetic pigment (mechanically activated composite material consisting of natural pigment and filler), filler (calcium carbonate, talc, kaolin), thickening agent (methylhydroxyethyl cellulose), antifoaming agent (finely dispersed powder which is mixture of silicon emulsion in paraffined mineral oil and calcium carbonate), in mixing- bin and subsequently stirring and encapsulation in two- chamber mechanical activator, with first and second working chambers charged to 25-35% and 35-55%, respectively, for 1-3 minutes.
