FIELD: wine-making industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves addition of copper-containing reagents to the dispersed material suspension at 40-50 C as measured for 0.3-4% capacity displacement of their cationic exchange. Then suspension is kept for 1-2 h and added to wine to be treated. Method is used for elimination of foreign tones, in part, hydrogen sulfide and geranium ones. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of wine treatment. 3 tbl
