FIELD: railway transport; maintenance and repair of permanent way. SUBSTANCE: machine has frame resting on running bogies and additional frame placed between running bogies and mounted on main frame for movement along the frame and resting by one end of wheelset; working member installed on additional frame, and power cylinder of drive providing longitudinal displacement of additional frame. Power cylinder is connected by one end with frame and by other end, with longitudinal guide beam. Additional frame is mounted on machine frame by means of longitudinal guide beam one end of which is secured on machine frame or on one of running bogies, and other end is connected with frame by means of power cylinder for loading the beam or setting it in travelling position.
