FIELD: railway transport; maintenance of permanent way. SUBSTANCE: machines has carrying frame resting on running bogies, additional frame on which tie-tamping and lifting-and-lining working members with drives are mounted. Additional frame is coupled at one side through dynamic lifting and lining hydraulic cylinders with two movable frames of tie-tamping and lifting-and-lining working members, and at other side, telescopically, through track static lifting and lining hydraulic cylinders, with carrying frame. Telescopic side of additional frame is coupled with movable rail grips installed for travel along rails, irrespective of additional frame, being acted upon by tractive wheelset.
