FIELD: underground construction, particular, method of lining of underground structures from cast-in-situ concrete and shield for its embodiment. SUBSTANCE: novelty consists in that use is made of shield with prechamber having length, at least, of two thicknesses of lining. Prechamber is formed by internal surfaces of interconnected slip and end forms, end section of shield enclosure and flexible seal attached to internal surface of end forms, and additional concrete-delivery pipelines, at least, one supplying and one discharging concrete-delivery pipelines having check valve. Cast-in-situ concrete lining is erected continuously by forcing through supplying concrete-delivery pipelines of high-slump concrete mix by concrete pumps with cement supply rate of, at least, 400 kg/cu.m of mix with equalling in weight inert fillers and maximum size of coarse filler not in excess of 30 mm to prechamber moving towards breakage face at a speed ensuring dwell time of concrete mix in slip forms out of prechamber of, at least, 30 min with building up in prechamber of concrete mix pressure of, at least, 0.5 MPa and simultaneous forcing of, at least, 1/10 part of concrete mix from prechamber through discharge concrete mix delivery pipeline to receiving bins of concrete pumping for repeated use.
