Spring with adjusting mechanism is hinge-connected by one end on machine frame and hinge-connected by other end with lever. Slider is installed on other arm of bell crank for moving along arm. Slider is hinge connected with spring and rocker arm adjustable in length which is hinge connected by other end on machine frame.
