FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: cornea tissue situated above alien body is removed by evaporating with help of photoablation-effect laser without making additional incisions in cornea and without applying sutures. All necrotized infected cornea tissues are simultaneously removed, whereafter alien body is easily extracted mechanically without causing additional trauma. EFFECT: atraumatic method for handling cornea.
