FIELD: medicine; gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: patient's stomach subjected to lavage through duodenal probe using irrigating fluid containing medicinal agents. Probe comprises hollow olive having 16 openings with 1 mm dia. Openings are uniformly scattered all over olive surface. Duodenal probe olive accommodates concave plate occupying 2/3 of olive lumen and arranged do that concavity apex faces tube. Next stomach mucosa is irrigated with fluid having temperature 39-40 C and fed under pressure 40 mm Hg, irrigation being effected daily for 7-10 days. EFFECT: effective treatment for erosive gastritis cases. 1 tbl
