FIELD: medicine; inhalation therapy. SUBSTANCE: proposed method resides in administering medicinal agents into upper respiratory tracts and trachea in form of aerosol. Inventive novelty of method resides in fact that administration of medicinal agents is effected at end of inhalation phase in such manner that it would be possible to control initial and final moments of drug administration. Proposed method is carried into effect with help of proprietary apparatus which has following features in common with its prototype: compressor 1, connecting hoses 5, drug sprayer 2, mask 4. Inventive novelty of apparatus resides in fact that it further comprises electromagnetic valve 3, respiration sensing element 6 and electromagnetic valve control system. Latter comprises, connected in series, inhalation phase discriminating circuit 8, OR element 9, integrator 12, storage access circuit 13, comparator 16, first AND element 17, key 20, triggered multivibrator 10, first 14 and second 15 variable resistors, NOT element 18, and second AND element 19.
