FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rod 8 is set in guide 5 and rod 9 is set in guide 7 inside housing 10. Guides 11 with springs 12 are at an angle to each other and welded to housing 10. Jaws 13 connected with springs 12 are set in guides 11. When rod 9 is outside of traverse 14 jaws 13 do not push part 17 and are arranged from both sides of the part. When rod 9 is outside of traverse 14 it lifts and jaws 13 grip the part. When rod 9 is outside of traverse 15 housing 10 with jaws 13 lifts whereas part 17 is on its working rotor.
