FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device includes the first lever 8 connected with a hinge and spring 10 to the second lever 11 that is connected with hinge 14 and a spring to the third lever. The device is also provided with electric motor 2 and cylinder 4 located in the housing and made from a dielectric substance and the shaft of which is connected to the electric motor shaft. Cylinder 4 contacts fabric 6 and a metal plate, which are attached to the housing; with that, the above metal plate is connected with wires 21 to metal discs 13 attached to the levers through gaskets 12 consisting of the dielectric substance and to additional metal disc 20 attached through gasket 19 made from a dielectric substance to the end of the third lever.
EFFECT: invention allows shifting onto an assembly line very small parts to reduce costs for manufacture of very small instruments.
