FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: driving eccentric shaft 3 is mounted at the bottom of bed 1 of the shears. Knife beam 4 with a port in its middle portion is mounted on the shaft. Slide 6 is pivotally connected to cutting beam 4 and set in vertical guides 7 at the top of bed 1. The bottom fixed knife is mounted on the bed.
