FIELD: shears for cutting sheet materials in rolling lines of rolling shops, in delivery shops of machine engineering plants. SUBSTANCE: shears include lower stationary cutter mounted in frame, upper movable cutter mounted in cutter beam. The last is mounted on eccentric journals of eccentric shaft mounted in frame and having drive unit. The last includes electric motor and reduction gear. utter beam is joined with frame by means of two rollers mounted on axle at both side of beam and guides secured to frame. Rollers are mounted with possibility of motion along guides. EFFECT: reduced size, lowered metal consumption, simplified design of shears. 3 cl, 3 dwg
