Hand control surface member 8 has axle 9 connected with telescopic control-wheel column 11 through first cardan joint 10, second cardan joint 12, transmission mechanism 13 and control- surface rods 14 with front pair of wheels 5. Change in angle of attack of wing 7 relative to transverse axis is ensured through change of length of telescopic control-wheel column 11 resulting in respective displacement of control-surface trapezium 16 which is connected with axle 9 of member 8 through attachment unit 17.
