FIELD: aeronautical engineering; unpowered heavier-than-air flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed flying vehicle has fuselage with pilot cabin, horizontal and vertical tail units, tricycle landing gear, wing secured fuselage by means of suspension unit and connected with leverage pedal drive and flight control system. Wing is made with aerodynamic twist of profile. Root chords of two wing tips are connected with tip chords of center part by means of articulations whose axes are oriented in parallel with wing chord. Center part of wing has balancing surface. Tips are provided with mechanical system for synchronization of their reciprocating motion in vertical direction and ailerons and are spring-loaded in center portion by means of mechanism of varying stiffness. Suspension unit of wing system is made in form of lever-spring mechanism. Tricycle landing gear is provided with two front castoring wheels and rear wheel is provided with sprocket for rotation by transmission of motion from leverage pedal drive.
