FIELD: packing; putting cans into boxes. SUBSTANCE: device has article feeders, gear-and-lever mechanism with article grips, support arrangement for container and drive. Each article feeder has accumulator, former and agitator. Gear-and-lever mechanism has driving sector gear wheels secured on drive shaft, gears secured, respectively, on parallel horizontal shafts and mechanically coupled with gear rack, two pairs of bevel gear wheels for mechanical coupling of shafts and output member in form of frames secured on shafts. Sector gear wheels serve for alternate engagement with gears, and bevel gear wheels are used to provide rotation of shaft in direction opposite to rotation of main shaft. Vacuum cutoff has housing with plunger in its cylindrical space provided with end piece, and spring, plug and bushing. Two through holes are made in housing wall. Hole places cylindrical space of cutoff housing in communication grip space through hermetically sealed tube. Other hole serves to place space in communication with atmosphere. Each vacuum cutoff is fastened on corresponding V-shaped rod by means of clamp. For this purpose thickness of housing wall at place of shaped cutout is increased and wall is provided with blind threaded holes. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 cl, 6 dwg
