Gear-and-lever mechanism 2 has driving toothed rack 10 mechanically coupled with gears 11 and 12 secured on two parallel horizontal shafts 13 and 14, two frames 15 and 16, secured on shafts 13 and 14, respectively, perpendicular to longitudinal axes of shafts, and operating link made in form of U-shaped horizontal frame 17 hinge-coupled with frames 15 and 16.
