Gear-and-lever mechanism has gears secured on parallel horizontal shafts mechanically coupled through gear rack. Actuating member consists of frames secured on shafts. H-shaped horizontal frame is hinge-coupled with frames. Drive of device has mechanism to transmit motion from geared motor to gear-and-lever mechanism.
