FIELD: organic chemistry, more particularly petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes method of preparing hydrocarbon gasoline fractions by catalytic conversion of mixture of CO2 and H2 and/or mixture of CO2, CO and H2. Increased content of aromatic hydrocarbons in gasoline fractions at high degree of conversion of CO2, H2 and CO is attained by using zeolite ZSM-5 or ZSM-11 as zeolite catalyst component and composition consisting of three or more metal oxides of general formula: a CuO b ZnO c Al2O3 d Cr2O3 e W2O5 as metal oxide component wherein a, b, c, d and e are weight fractions of metal oxides in the metal oxide component composition: a=0-56, b=24-67, c=0-6, d=0-32, e=0-1 provided that a and d cannot be simultaneously zero, and process is carried out at temperature of 320-440 C, pressure of 40-100 atm. volumetric feed rate of initial gas into reaction cycle of 200-1500 h-1 at initial gas having volumetric ratio of CO/CO2=0-4 and H2/CO2=1-11 and metal oxide component to zeolite weight ratio of 50-70/30-50. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method. 2 cl, 4 tbl
