FIELD: synthetic rubber industry, more particularly manufacture of fluorine containing siloxane polymers. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes 1,3,5-trimethyl-1,3,5-tris (hexafluoroalkyl) cyclotrisiloxanes of general formula: [R_fSi(CH₃)O]₃ wherein R_f is prepared by hydrolysis of respective methyl (hexafluoroalkyl) dichlorosiloxanes with sodium dicarbonate in the presence of pyridine in acetone at 20-25 C. The claimed compounds make it possible to obtain fluorine containing siloxane polymers which have both high heat and oil resistance. EFFECT: creation of readily available fluorine containing alkylmethylcyclotrisiloxanes used for manufacture thermo and oil resistant siloxane polymers.
