FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method enables to carry out a polysiloxane catalytic regrouping reaction at temperature not higher than 100°C and can be realised in industrial conditions. The invention discloses a method for synthesis of cyclotrisiloxane of general formula: [R1R2Si]3, where R1 - CH3-; R2 - C6H5-; F3C-CH2-CH2-; CH2=CH-, using an anionic reagent in form of thermally decomposing product (tetramethylammonium hydroxide) in amount of 0.5-5 % of the weight of loaded hydrolysate with subsequent equilibration of the reaction mass, decomposition of the catalyst and extraction of desired products.
EFFECT: method provides high output of cyclotrisiloxane having different composition and can be realised on an industrial scale.
