FIELD: oil processing industry and petrochemical industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves interaction of dialkyldithiophosphoric acid with styrene which is carried out in the presence of phenol and aliphatic alcohol, molar ratio of dialkyldithiophosphoric acid, styrene and phenol being 1:(1-4): (0.5-1), respectively. Quantity of said aliphatic alcohol is 5-10 mass % of quantity of dialkyldithiophosphoric acid. Reaction is carried out at 50-170 C in the presence of triethylamine being used as alkaline catalyst. Thus prepared product is then consequently treated by medium-alkaline calcium sulfonate and succinimide at their mass ratio (10-15):(40-60:(3-45), respectively. The process takes place at 70-80 C within 2-5 h. EFFECT: improved efficiency of the method.
